A new international charity, Build It International, is the latest company to sign up for space in Shrewsbury’s new Environmental Technology Centre. Formed in 2006 the charity supports the construction of primary schools and low cost housing in Zambia and other African countries.

As a result of the strong demand for small office space at the Pump House, Shrewsbury’s new Environmental Technology Centre, an innovative concept the Eco Pod has been launched.

As a result of overwhelming demand for smaller office space The Pump House has now created a dedicated eco pod to provide flexible office solutions for small businesses.

2 July 2007 IT COMPANY FINDS ECO-OFFICE SOLUTION
Shrewsbury Environmental Technology Centre has announced another letting for its new sustainable office development – Information Solutions Ltd.
Information Solutions Ltd is among one of the first information technology companies in Britain to become carbon neutral and provide a full range of high quality IT support to business in and around the West Midlands.

PUMP HOUSE ANNOUNCES LATEST TENANT
The Pump House, Shrewsbury’s ground-breaking Environmental Technologies Centre has added a new name to the list of tenants, Marches Energy Agency (MEA) is the second major letting to be announced.
The Pump House achieves a BREEAM EXCELLENT rating.
We have today been notified that The Pump House has been formally awarded the highest possible rating of EXCELLENT.

Shrewsbury Environmental Technology Centre, now under construction at Coton Hill, has announced its first major letting following the launch of the new website www.pump-house.com. The name ‘The Pump House’ reflects the origins of the site as a Waterworks and Pump House. Following this tradition it is appropriate that the first major company is an international water management consultancy.
