INTERNATIONAL CHARITY SUPPORTS SHREWSBURY

A new international charity, Build It International, is the latest company to sign up for space in Shrewsbury’s new Environmental Technology Centre. Formed in 2006 the charity supports the construction of primary schools and low cost housing in Zambia and other African countries.

Shrewsbury Environmental Technology Centre has announced another letting for its new sustainable office development – Information Solutions Ltd.

Information Solutions Ltd is among one of the first information technology companies in Britain to become carbon neutral and provide a full range of high quality IT support to business in and around the West Midlands.

PUMP HOUSE ANNOUNCES LATEST TENANT

The Pump House, Shrewsbury’s ground-breaking Environmental Technologies Centre has added a new name to the list of tenants, Marches Energy Agency (MEA) is the second major letting to be announced.

We have today been notified that The Pump House has been formally awarded the highest possible rating of EXCELLENT.

The BRE Environmental Assessment Method looks at a range of impacts including:

Shrewsbury Environmental Technology Centre, now under construction at Coton Hill, has announced its first major letting following the launch of the new website www.pump-house.com.  The name ‘The Pump House’ reflects the origins of the site as a Waterworks and Pump House.  Following this tradition it is appropriate that the first major company is an international water management consultancy.

Welcome to The Pump House website, an exciting new development for Shrewsbury.

Work has now started on Shrewsbury’s innovatory new Environmental Technology Centre on a site adjacent to the Gateway at Coton Hill.

The centre, which will house a number of environmental consultancies, will be built with the environment very much in mind.
